Her wide and successful experience in international business and multinational corporations has made her an expert at new business intercultural consulting. She has been working for over 25 years in international environments, while teaching, coaching, and mentoring managers all over the world.

Highlights of her academic education include a Cultural Management Certificate (2022), a New York Film Academy graduation (2020), a Music Management Certificate (2016), an Event Organization Master  (2009), an Online Journalist postdegree (2005), an English Philology degree (1996), and an International Management Certificate (1992).
